And if he manages to snare a lot of prey, he'll bring home a present for me. Ain't that just the sweetest? 'Course, I ain't exactly dyin' to eat no deceased forest critters, and the smell's a little bit ehhh... but those little gifts of his are still good for somethin'.

My advice is this:
To have discipline is to have control. To learn control, you must learn to let it go first. Empty your mind of thoughts and your heart of emotions. Let go of anger, sadness, happiness, and fear. Once you accept that, then you can learn to control it.

Break your tail some more.

Meditate.

It won't be easy, but it will be rewarding.
