[So what's new with Char?
He is full of piss and vinegar lately, that's what. He's been avoiding people lately, and spending more time than usual in Pokemon form. Even the people he actually likes are gonna get brushed off and snapped at. Heck, Rasputin has been sporting a shiny red burn on his back as of late. Char's tail flame's a lot bigger than it usually is, and he's being a lot less careful with it, to be fair. Which also means he is probably leaving a trail of scorch marks everywhere he goes.
He's been spending a lot of time off-campus, and staying out late. Exactly what he's up to is anyone's guess.
As for current affairs in the city... vandalism seems to be on the rise. There are a lot more broken windows, missing road signs, and spraypainted things than there were before, that is for sure. It is a most peculiar phenomenon.]
